Technology overhaul is a number one priority, with the implementation of Finacle formally known as UTCID Replacement. The system we have used for decades is static, outdated, inflexible and is not agile enough to meet the current demands.

When completed, Finacle means seamless end to end transactions, standardization of operations, business continuity and a whole new customer experience.
